Our client
We represent a well-regarded and leading criminal law firm located in regional Victoria. This partner has worked on large scale criminal matters in Europe and is arguably one of the best around. And due to tremendous growth, he is looking for a junior criminal lawyer to join him.
The role
You will receive high quality and dedicated mentorship directly from the partner and work across bail applications and defended hearings in a number areas of criminal law, including traffic, crimes of dishonesty, possession, summary and major indictable offences.
We appreciate not every applicant would be willing to relocate permanently. As such, the firm are happy to offer a 12 month contract with the option of going permanent if you ended up loving the regional life!

You
You will be a 1+ PQE criminal lawyer with strong advocacy skills and experience in carriage of matters from arrest to finalisation, liaising with the police and prosecutors, and briefing Counsel.
