Role
You will be a highly experienced projects/construction lawyer at the Senior Associate level. The team has a focus in the energy transition and renewables space.
You will be involved in project delivery – development and construction related agreements including EPC (using both FIDIC and domestic forms) and construction contracts, equipment supply contracts, FEED/EPCM contracts, ‘early contractor involvement’ contracts, LTSA and O&M arrangements, alliance agreements, PPP/PFI’s and other related project agreements
You will work on market leading projects in a cohesive team, working across 4 renowned partners. Enjoying complex, high level work, you will have a commitment to the highest level of client service and enjoy supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
