Skills & responsibilities
You will be a Commercial Litigation lawyer at Senior Associate level, who would like to work with one Partner.
Your new role
Will see you enjoy varied and stimulating work at this commercial law firm working closely with one Partner on contested estates and trusts; business and investment structures; employment disputes; insolvency & bankruptcy; franchise disputes; recovery of debts; and partnerships & joint ventures. You may also assist another partner with some construction litigation.
Your clients include individuals, family enterprises, start-ups, commercial operations, small-to-medium enterprises and large corporations including not-for-profits.
