Our client is a renowned boutique firm that prides themselves on their award-winning culture. Assisting renowned partners with predominately private M&A, you will be exposed to significant, complex transactions.
Role:
Lawyers who succeed at this firm are driven by superior client service, commercial acumen and a passion to deliver the very best. Working across leading Partners, the role will see you:
- Act as lead lawyer on M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, leading due diligence, and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients.
- Project manage transactions to ensure that key deadlines are met.
- Manage and build external client relationships, including assisting with business development activities for key existing clients and new clients.
- Mentoring junior associates in the team and taking an active role in their professional development.
You will already be employed in the corporate/M&A practice at a leading firm and seeking a step up in your career.
