Role
The role suits a smart, driven, sensible and down to earth litigation lawyer who values both work quality and a collaborative team culture. The work includes advising on contractual, regulatory and other legal risk, pre-litigation strategy and advice, engagement with regulators, dealing with insurers and other stakeholders, mediation and settlement negotiations, litigation, alternative dispute resolution including expert determinations, and enforcement of judgments.
