Enjoy working on a wide range of work with Aboriginal corporations and trusts, charities, not-for-profits and government bodies. Assist bodies with commercial needs at all stages, including their design and establishment, implementation and operations, and restructure, as well as with corporate governance, policies, contractual negotiations and corporate structuring.
The firm is looking for an outgoing 4-8 year lawyer who has some good experience in this area. This is not a native title role.
