Join this leading law firm with a large, corporate client base and work on a variety of matters. The firm is keen to attract a mid-level lawyer with experience and a keen interest in IR and ER to work with 2 partners and contribute to the practice.

This growth role offers a real opportunity for an astute lawyer to develop their areas of interest and to deal with large clients directly. The firm’s IR/ER practice includes advisory matters, employment contracts, recruitment and employment conditions, AWAs, terminations, including dismissals & redundancy, employment policies and procedures, EEO and OHS.
To be considered for this role you will be capable lawyer with some history of successful experience and interest in IR and ER from a front end or litigious perspective.
