You will be a front-end Construction Lawyer at the 1-4 year PAE level.
Your new role
Will see you work with a Partner who is an accomplished construction and infrastructure lawyer. He provides strategic advice to market participants on the structuring, negotiation, drafting and administration of contracts across a broad range of projects, including: renewable energy projects, oil and gas facilities, process plants, residential and commercial developments, rail, roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, hospitals, schools and sporting facilities.
He also has extensive experience in dispute management and resolution, having acted on some of the largest construction-related litigation and arbitrations across Australia. He has a proven track record in devising and executing strategies that often result in the early and effective resolution of complex disputes.
