Skills & responsibilities
You will be a Commercial Insurance Lawyer at the 3-5 year level who would like to move in-house. Ideally you will have knowledge of insurance regulations and commercial transactions in the insurance industry.
Your new role
Will see you support the Head of Legal of this cross-Tasman multi-line insurance brokerage. As part of a small team of four (4) lawyers, including yourself, you will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, Product Disclosure Statements and Target Market Determination – ensuring regulatory compliance within the insurance industry.
