The commercial litigation team enjoys an excellent reputation due to the experience of the partners you will be reporting to. Opportunity to represent clients in complex mediations, a broad range of corporate/commercial disputes including significant property developments and complex contractual disputes. The team also acts for a range of banking and financial services organisations providing advice on the application and interpretation of Acts and Codes such as the Banking Code of Conduct. The team also acts for Commonwealth Government clients in the regulatory space.
