We have been instructed with a rare opportunity for Aussie lawyers to join an Aussie partner and a leading US partner at a leading international law firm in New York.
The team has won Deal of Year Awards, and the firm offers sponsorship and NY Bar exam support. Enjoy working on the most interesting financing including asset financing around. The global group includes a multi-disciplinary team of highly-experienced lawyers who provide innovative legal advice with expertise in Capital Markets, M&A and Joint Ventures, Construction, Environmental and regulatory issues, Litigation, PFI/PPP, Project Finance, Restructuring, Real Estate and Tax.
You should be a top tier lawyer with experience in asset finance – possibly from a construction or projects perspective (secured financing, equipment leasing and/or capital markets experience). You will be representing underwriters, lenders, lessors, and governmental agencies in a wide variety of asset finance transactions, including portfolio securitizations, acquisition financing, leveraged leasing, EETC transactions, secured lending, structured financing and credit enhancements.
