While this role offers great autonomy, you will be supported by a leading employment partner who promotes a collaborative and relaxed culture. You will be tasked with providing strategic advice in all areas of employment law including general employment contracts, discrimination matters, sexual harassment and bullying, Enterprise Agreements, wage compliance, and other complex employment issues.
To be successful in this role you will posses sound legal and commercial acumen, enjoy dealing with clients face to face and be willing to step up and and take on meaningful roles in large disputes and complex matters.
