Skills & experience
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will have 7-10 years’ PAE (including private practice), preferrably at a franchise-based business or supporting franchisee accounts.
About the role
Will see you reporting to the Chief Financial Officer providing legal advice and guidance on franchise management, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Assisting you to streamline legal processes, support franchisees, and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements are two Legal & Compliance Administrators and a Junior Legal Counsel.
Your internal stakeholders include Operations, Marketing, Finance and HR.
